Terms of service

The agreement between you and Property360 when you create an account or use the service. Please read it with the privacy policy.

Last updated 16 October 2026

1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using Property360 at property360.cloud (the “service”), you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of a business, family, HUF or other organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept them for it. You must be at least 18.

2. The service

Property360 is software for managing rental property: properties and units, ownership, tenants and leases, rent, invoices, GST and TDS records, payments, expenses, documents and reports, with optional email, Telegram and WhatsApp features. We may add, change or remove features over time and will try to give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what you can do.

3. Your account

  • Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your password and devices secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
  • You decide whom you give access to — co-owners, accountants, supervisors, tenants — and are responsible for what you allow them to see and do.
  • Tell us promptly at support@property360.cloud if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. Your data

The records and documents you put into Property360 remain yours. You give us permission to store, process and transmit them only as needed to provide the service to you, as described in the privacy policy. When you enter personal data about other people — tenants, co-owners, vendors, staff — you are responsible for having a lawful basis to do so and for any notice the law requires you to give them. You can export your data from the reports and ask us to delete your account.

5. Tax and compliance

Property360 computes and records GST, TDS, owner shares and other figures according to the rates, rules and data you configure. It is bookkeeping software, not tax, legal or accounting advice. You — with your chartered accountant — remain responsible for checking invoices, returns, deductions and filings before you rely on them, and for meeting your obligations under GST, income-tax and other laws. Guides and calculators on this website are general information and may not reflect the latest change in the law.

6. AI features

Optional AI features read documents and answer questions using third-party AI models. Their output can be wrong or incomplete. Review anything an AI feature proposes before you save it or act on it. How content sent to AI providers is handled is described in the privacy policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the service for anything unlawful, or to store data you have no right to hold;
  • try to access accounts or data that are not yours, or probe, scan or overload the service;
  • upload malware or interfere with the service’s security;
  • send unsolicited or abusive messages through the email, Telegram or WhatsApp features;
  • copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service except where the law allows.

We may suspend access that breaks these rules or puts the service or other users at risk.

8. Third-party services

Some features depend on services we do not control — for example Google sign-in, email delivery, the GST portal and GST Suvidha Providers, electricity board websites, Telegram and WhatsApp. Their availability and terms are their own, and a change on their side can affect a feature here.

9. Availability

We work to keep Property360 available and your data backed up, but the service is provided without a guaranteed uptime. It may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control, and after a quiet period the first request can take a little longer while the service starts.

10. Fees

Creating an account is currently free. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you the price and terms in advance, and you will not be charged unless you choose a paid plan.

11. Ending your use

You can stop using the service and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or end the service as a whole with reasonable notice so you can export your data. Records we are required by law to keep are retained as set out in the privacy policy.

12. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or that calculations will be free of error. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, penalties or interest arising from tax filings, or loss of data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, notify you in the application or by email. Continuing to use the service after the change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

15. Contact
