Lease history and the rent lifecycle
Review every escalation, extension and rent change on a lease, and follow a unit's full rental story across all its tenants.
Overview
Property360 keeps a full, audited history of every lease and every unit. You can look at it in three places:
| Where | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Lease Info → History (Lease Dashboard) | One lease: a rent trend graph, Base Rent, Current Effective, Next Enhanced, the escalation dates, the original and current term, and two audit tables (Rent Change / Escalation History and Lease Extension History) |
| Lifecycle History (property page) | One unit across every tenant it has had: the rent journey, deposits, escalations, extensions and handovers |
| Lease & Rent History report | Every lease across your portfolio, with extensions and escalations |
Each rent change is recorded with its effective date, previous and new rent, type (Escalation, Manual or Renewal), reason and who made it. Each extension records the previous end date, new end date, number of months and reason.

- Click export to download the list as a spreadsheet.
Example
Unit 3-01 at Lakeview Plaza was let to Bluebird Cafe from 2022 to 2025, then to Acme Retail Pvt Ltd from 2025. Its Lifecycle History shows Bluebird's starting rent, two yearly escalations, the deposit refund on exit, a handover marker, and then Acme's commencement and deposit. Each tenant's rent and rent per sq.ft are plotted on one continuous graph.
