Reports — what's available
Find the right report quickly: browse by group, search, pin favourites and see what is ready today or coming soon.
Overview
Reports & Analytics (under Operations in the sidebar) lists every report in Property360, grouped by subject so related reports sit together. Each report card shows a short description and a status badge:
- Ready: open it now.
- On Dashboard: the figures are shown on your Dashboard.
- Coming soon: planned, but not yet available.
Every report shows only the properties you are allowed to see.
Before you start
- Reports & Analytics is in the sidebar for landlords, master admins and CAs.
- Reports read your live data, so make sure leases, rents and unit areas are up to date before you share figures.
Steps
- Open Operations → Reports & Analytics.
- Use Search reports... to find a report by name or description.
- Narrow the list with Category or Status (Available, On Dashboard, Coming soon).
- Click the ★ on any card to pin it. Pinned reports appear in a Favorites band at the top. Click Favorites in the toolbar to show only your pinned reports.
- Click Open report on a card. On any report page, use the back link to return to the list.
- Most reports have an Export CSV button that downloads what you are looking at.

Example
R. Iyer prepares a quarterly review of Lakeview Plaza. He pins Rent Roll, Occupancy Report and Floor-wise Blended Rent / Sq.ft so they sit at the top of Reports. Each quarter he opens them one after another, filters each to Lakeview Plaza, and exports the CSVs for his accountant.
FAQs
Are my favourites saved?
Yes. Favourites are saved to your account, so they follow you to any device you sign in on.
Why can't I open a "Coming soon" card?
Those reports are not built yet. Until they are, the card is shown greyed out and can't be clicked.
Which report should I use for rent?
- Rent Roll: today's rent for every active lease.
- Landlord Rent Statement: one owner's share of rent, month by month.
- Rental Deposits by Bank Account: which account the rent goes into, either as actually deposited or as agreed.
Troubleshooting
A report shows fewer properties than I expected
Reports show only the properties linked to your account. Ask your master admin to check your access in Access Assignments. See Users and access.
Reports is missing from my sidebar
Reports & Analytics appears for landlords, master admins and CAs. Other roles don't see it in the sidebar.
