Navigating Property360
Find your way around the sidebar, header, favourites and account menu so you can reach any page in a click or two.
Overview
Every page in Property360 has a sidebar on the left and a header across the top. The sidebar groups pages by purpose. The header gives you support, notifications and your account menu wherever you are.
Before you start
The sidebar only shows the pages your role can use. For example, a CA mainly sees the GST pages and Tasks, and a tenant sees a short menu. See Roles and what each can do.
The sidebar
Dashboard always sits at the top. Below it are these sections:

Steps
Open and close sections
- Click a section name (for example Operations) to collapse or expand it.
- Click Collapse all or Expand all above the sections to fold everything at once.
- Items with sub-pages, such as Rent Management or GST Dashboard, have their own arrow to show or hide the pages under them.
Pin your favourite pages
- Hover over a page in the sidebar and click the star (Pin to Favorites).
- The page appears under Favorites at the top of the sidebar. Your favourites are saved to your account, so they follow you to any device.
- To remove a page, hover over it and click the star again (Unpin from Favorites).
Make the sidebar narrower
On a computer, use the collapse arrow at the top of the sidebar to shrink it to icons. Hover over an icon to see the page name.
Use the header
- Support (the life-buoy icon) opens the support panel from any page.
- Notifications (the bell) shows how many unread notifications you have and opens the Notifications page.
- Click your name to open the account menu: My Profile, Support and Sign out.
Example
R. Iyer checks rent and GST every week. He pins Rent Summary and GST Invoices to Favorites and collapses Administration. Now both pages are at the top of his sidebar every time he signs in.
FAQs
How do I use Property360 on my phone?
On a small screen the sidebar is hidden. Tap the menu icon at the top left to open it, choose a page, and it closes on its own.
Why don't I see a page a colleague mentioned?
That page is probably limited to another role, such as master admin only. Ask your administrator if you need access.

It lists example questions you can ask the Property360 chat assistant, if your account uses it.
Troubleshooting
My favourites disappeared
Favourites are saved per user. Check that you signed in with the same account. If a page is no longer available to your role, it won't appear in Favorites.
The sidebar shows only icons
It has been collapsed. Click the arrow at the top of the sidebar to expand it again.
