Landlord relationships and family members
Link landlords as spouse, parent, child, HUF or business partner so a family or partnership can view each other's properties together.
Overview
Many Indian property portfolios are held across a family: a husband and wife, parents and children, or an HUF. Partners in a business are another common case. In Landlord Info you can link these landlords to each other, so the family or partnership can be viewed and reported on as a group.
A relationship is mutual. Add it once and it appears on both profiles. Where the direction matters, each side gets the matching label: if A. Sharma is recorded as R. Iyer's Parent, A. Sharma's profile shows R. Iyer as Child.
Before you start
- Both people must already have a landlord profile. See Landlord profiles.
- You must be signed in as a master admin.
Steps
- Open Master Data → Landlord Info.
- Click the pencil icon on one of the two landlords to open Edit Landlord.
- Select the Relationships tab.
- In Related landlord, choose the other person.
- In Relationship, choose one of: Spouse, Parent, Child, Sibling, Father-in-law, Mother-in-law, HUF, Business Partner or Other.
- Click Add. The link appears straight away under Related Landlords on both profiles.
- To remove a link, click the bin icon next to it.
What a relationship changes

Example
A. Sharma and R. Iyer are spouses and co-own Lakeview Plaza. R. Iyer also owns Sunrise Towers alone. A master admin opens A. Sharma's profile and adds R. Iyer as Spouse. A. Sharma can now see Sunrise Towers and its tenants alongside her own properties. She still cannot edit R. Iyer's profile.
FAQs
Does a relationship change ownership percentages or invoices?
No. Ownership shares and GST invoices still follow each property's recorded owners. A relationship affects visibility and grouping only.
Can a landlord add their own relationships?
No. Relationships give access to another person's data, so only a master admin can add them.
Can two landlords be linked twice?
No. If they are already related in either direction, Property360 tells you That landlord is already related.
Why can't I find the person in the Related landlord list?
The list leaves out the landlord you are editing and anyone already linked to them.
Troubleshooting
I don't see the Relationships tab
The tab appears only for master admins, and only when editing a saved profile.
A related landlord says they can't see my property
Check that the relationship is a direct link between the two of you, and that the property's ownership lists you as an owner.
